Let’s get real—Hustle Culture. Is it the secret to success, or are we just burning out chasing it? Can you achieve greatness without sacrificing your sanity, or is grinding 24/7 the only way?

Hustle culture is def toxic af long-term... Grinding 24/7 leads to burnout, shit relationships, health probs. U need balance to crush it sustainably. Focus on systems > goals, take care of urself, spend time on stuff u enjoy outside of work. Consistency > intensity. Stay in the game.

Nobody ever lies on their death bed and says they wish they had hustled harder. They say they wish they'd spent more time doing things they enjoyed.

It's totally possible to achieve success without driving oneself crazy in the process. There should always be a middle ground. Sure, putting in the work and staying dedicated is key, but glorifying that non-stop grind just leads to burnout.
