Back in 2021 when I was working with crypto projects Discord was my no1 tool. Since then I haven't opened it until today when I needed to reset my password 😄
Anyone in the e-commerce market, have you had some success stories there?

Domas - if you are looking to build a community on Discord, then I'd advise against it. Why should you listen to me? Well, I've spent 15 years of my life building large communities.
My answer might be biased, but I'm building a community platform just to help people build better, self-growing communities that keep users engaged.

Right now, I'm planning my marketing and community channels for my upcoming fintech product (a personal finance tracker). I'm considering using Discord for building and engaging with the community.
Discord is like a hidden treasure chest for e-commerce folks - you never know what success stories you'll dig up! Give it a shot and see if you strike crypto gold or just unlock some password reset nostalgia.
I think it depends on what you're trying to accomplish. We use Discord for our company, product support, and for our product/dev/leadership community. I find it very easy to manage and create engagement. We love it so much, it's the platform we chose to integrate our micro-saas product with first (coming soon).
