Is customer growth really a weekly report?

At present, the company has assigned me the task of customer growth, but as a R&D product manager, I am unsure about the market. I have tried to promote it on Reddit and Product Hunt, and it is obvious that Reddit has failed me because I have not fully understood the rules of this website and have not established a community that belongs to our products. However, what angers me is that the company's management always asks me about progress? I don't think customer growth can be achieved overnight, and under the premise that the company is unwilling to invest funds, I have utilized all available resources. This urge can make me very irritable!
