From what I've seen, short-form videos can be a serious time commitment, but it’s the promotion that really drives the revenue. As far as I can tell, it has a low ROI, what do you guys think, should I stop investing in this?

I think short-form videos might have been a serious time commitment in the past, but not anymore—especially with the new "tools" that have emerged this year to streamline the process. Coincidentally, I just stumbled upon a recent talk that explains it way better than I ever could. It’s definitely worth a watch. No, creating short-form videos for marketing is not a waste of time. They're highly effective in capturing attention, increasing engagement, and boosting brand visibility, especially on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.

I find that short-form videos can take up a lot of time, but when done right, they really boost engagement.

I don't think short-form videos are a waste of time. They grab attention fast, and with the right promotion, they can deliver really solid returns.

From my experience, short-form videos can be hit or miss. The ROI might seem low at first, but staying consistent and promoting them strategically can lead to great results over time.
