Heyyyyyy! Is anyone else struggling with work-life balance while building their SaaS? I’m really looking for some tips and strategies guys. and I'm sure many SaaS maker out there is going through same situation. As I get deeper into building my SaaS—updating features and improving UI/UX—I'm finding it really tough to maintain a healthy work-life balance. Sometimes, I sit at my desk at 11 AM, and before I know it, it's already 4 or 5 PM. I realize this isn't good for my health. The whole hustle culture makes it seem like working long hours non-stop is normal, but it's honestly taking a toll on my well-being and productivity. I’m curious if anyone here has been through this and found some good ways to find that balance. I’d love to hear about: Time Management Techniques: What do you do to prioritise tasks and manage your time without burning out? Setting Boundaries: How do you create boundaries between work and personal life, especially when you’re working from home or remotely? Any tips for disconnecting after hours? Self-Care Practices: What self-care routines have helped you recharge and stay focused? Team Culture: If you have a team, how do you make sure everyone’s keeping a good work-life balance too? I’ve been trying out a few things, but I’d really love to learn from anyone who’s figured this out. Any advice or experiences you could share would be super helpful! Thanks!

Been there - now I block 6-8pm for family time and learned to delegate. You can't sprint forever.

Going outside every few hours (or more frequently) is essential for me. Doing sport or just taking a walk.

Absolutely, it's a constant struggle. What's helped me is setting clear work hours, communicating boundaries to the team, and taking real breaks to recharge. Burnout is real when grinding on a SaaS. Hang in there and keep iterating on that work-life balance!
