yes, some of my friends also got this issue, you can appeal it through the help desk and attach the proof your activity. hope this will help and useful for you!

Hmm, sounds like a bug on PH's end. I'd try reaching out to their support team to look into it. 5 days with no K points showing up even though you're actively participating seems off. Hopefully they can sort it out for you! Let us know what you find out.
