Is AI reimbursing the loss?

Every now and then, we hear people say " AI is just an assistant" or "it will create new jobs/opportunities for the ones it's taken". Is is too soon to ask if AI is really "just and assistant"? Or has it created as many opportunities as it it's taken?

AI is indeed more than just an assistant now. It's a major force in the job market. While it has displaced some roles in customer service and data processing, it's also creating new opportunities in AI auditing, chatbot development, and AI-assisted design. But we need to make sure everyone can benefit.

Well, AI might not be an all-knowing genie granting wishes, but it's definitely not just fetching coffee! It's like a mischievous genie - you never know what new opportunities it'll conjure up next!

@thestarkster Thanks Gurkaran. But after about two years since AI became prevalent, I think we could weigh things out to if has given as much as it's taken. For example, we can ask if it's just been assisting writers or somehow replacing them. If the latter, has it provided any new opportunities to them?
It's definitely an interesting and ongoing debate about the impact of AI on job creation and displacement. While it's still early days, I believe that AI has the potential to both create new opportunities and streamline processes, ultimately benefiting society as a whole. It's important for us as tech founders to continue innovating responsibly and ethically to ensure that AI is leveraged for the greater good.

@chris_prosopo Hope so. It's just that haven't seen many "opportunities" created by AI within these two years.
