Instagrammers! I need your guidance to overcome a "Shadowban"

If you are an avid Instagrammer, there is a high chance you may have experienced or at least come across the phenomenon of "Shadowban" The symptoms (sounds medical, I know) include: -Extremely low reach (I literally have 0 non-followers viewing my post) -Restricted access to many features -Blocking of hashtags -Retarded general growth When you work on an account from scratch and take it to a certain level only for it to be curbed by Shadowban, it is frustrating. Please let me know if you have gone through a similar experience. If you have any idea about it, please let me know how to overcome it!
