I'd just like to point out, what Steve here is talking about isn't just technical or product-focused Innovation. I think he means Innovation in every way: how we manage our teams, how we inspire them, how we compensate them, how we make our customers happy or how we make money. What do you think? @antonikozelski
Antoni Kozelski
@nirnimes I think Jobs believed- true leaders are always looking for new approaches and ideas to get ahead of the curve and create lasting results.

it's the relentless pursuit of innovation that truly sets leaders apart, they not only anticipate the future but actively shape it, while followers often just adapt to the changes made by the leaders—how do you think we can cultivate this innovative mindset to become leaders in our respective fields?
Antoni Kozelski
@becky_anders56 To develop innovative thinking and become leaders in our fields, we can become curious and open-minded, experiment and take risks, and continuously improve in our work.
