There's a mantra that says better to be clear than clever.  So if your humor comes at the expense of clarity, I would be wary.  But there's always exceptions.

I've found that injecting a bit of lighthearted humor can be really effective for engaging the PH community, as long as it's done tastefully and doesn't overshadow the core value prop. Memes, witty taglines, and clever easter eggs tend to work well. The key is keeping it subtle and on-brand. Memorable examples: the Gong launch video, Notion's April Fools landing page, Superhuman's self-deprecating onboarding. But definitely avoid anything too edgy or polarizing. Focus on delighting, not shocking. And always put the product first!
