In my opinion:
1. Structure: Startups are usually flat and flexible, while large corporations have a hierarchical, formal structure.
2. Resources: Startups often have limited resources but offer creative freedom, whereas corporations have abundant resources but are more rigid.
3. Risk and Stability: Startups carry higher risk and less job stability, while corporations offer more job security and established paths.
4. Impact and Growth: Individual impact is more noticeable in startups, with rapid growth opportunities, while corporations offer slower, more structured career progression.

For me, the main difference is: Huge bureaucracy in a corporation, versus the absence of bureaucracy in a startup

1. Corporations have very slow decision making process
2. Corporations often provide better training (gain knowledge)
3. Startups have less BS
4. Startups let you practice and learn on you feet (gain skills)

The main differences is clearly the size and the money. Everything else falls under these two.
