Security risks as well as Vendor lock-in with massive issues during your product scale a big concerns for no code platform as per my experience.

For non-devs I think its ripe with opportunities from a consumer perspective (Ie building businesses without the need for a dev team to build a e-commerce site etc. It is also easier for no-code folks to build apps and SaaS platforms lowering the barriers of entry not only for users but also for creators.
