As per my research on CRM's, the demand for CRM has been gradually increasing for Australian Business out there. Anyone know which CRM's are trending or most popular in Australia? Do let me know I am going to plan a post for this

For small businesses looking for an affordable and efficient CRM system, I recommend exploring Dynamics 365. It's a powerful platform that can scale with your business needs, offering essential tools like contact management, sales tracking, and marketing automation. As a Dynamics 365 implementation expert, I've found it to be a great fit for small businesses due to its flexibility and customization options. Definitely worth considering!

From my experience it depends on the business size. Most companies (80+ employees) I’ve had dealings with tended to have some custom solution in Australia. These have been outdated systems that are slowly showing their age. I’ve seen many of them moving towards cloud based services such as Hubspot or Zendesk.

If I'm talking about my experience, I would suggest go for @salesmate. Salesmate CRM, though a solid option with user-friendly features and affordability, may not be as popular in Australia compared to giants like Salesforce or HubSpot due to several factors.

If you're looking for something straightforward and easy to use, Zoho CRM might be worth checking out. It has a nice balance of features and is budget-friendly too.
