If you work remotely, how do you manage your time and keep a healthy work life balance?

Personally, I find I’m more efficient working remotely or in hybrid positions than in office because there are far fewer distractions. However, there seems to always be more work when working remotely and it’s somehow easier for colleagues to demand attention/work even outside of the 9-5 schedule.
I’ve been building a lot of Google Sheet templates to help improve productivity and I’m curious how everyone else is managing time and keeping a healthy work life balance. A lot of days it always seems out of reach.

My familiy's needs help me plan my schedule and disconnect at certain times. This helps me keep a steady pace when working and not crash. Also it really helps that I have a dedicated office in my house that I do most of my work from so I feel like I'm "commuting" to the office instead of squeezing in work from the kitchen, bedroom etc

I think planning the schedule at night for tomorrow is underrated.
It gives the mental clarity to get things done.
@barun_sharma I really like that idea. Usually I plan first thing in the morning but I need to try that out.

Actually, as someone who started business life working in an office, I found it quite difficult. I started by arranging my sleep time thanks to our meetings that we give daily updates that we do as a team every morning. I have made calendar applications and to-do list purchases a priority.Finishing my work at the end of the day and the fact that I have personal time left is my biggest source of motivation.
@buse_basar Amazing! Thanks for sharing. I really like that frame of thought to keep extra free time a motivation.
Set boundaries and plan a schedule. Fill in times that you used to commute with a 'walk the dog (if you have one) in the morning that is a good starter. That at least worked for me.
Built in breaks that are non-negotiable. Even if I'm really busy, I will take the short breaks and do something like go for a walk, read, play with my dogs. It keeps me from feeling drained and burned out at the end of the day.
