Just a fun thought experiment I like to do myself sometimes, where I look at the current market and think "what could work?"
Would starting a marketing firm make sense right now or maybe a recruiting agency.
Maybe nothing like that and instead trying to create the next cool tech product.
What industry and focus speaks to you if you had the resources to go ham right out of the gate

Probably I would have been doing the same thing as of now.

Id invest in a food tech company focused on developing plant-based or lab-grown meat alternatives.
