If you needed to find amateur hobby chefs, how would you go about it?

I am trying to find amateur hobby chefs to create a Facebook group where we would share only excellent recipes from the pros. I was thinking about regular things like identifying my personas on Twitter, Facebook, and maybe some special subreddits? Is there anything I am missing?
