Whoa, Anton Chekhov would be an amazing pick! I'd love to spend a day with Leonardo da Vinci personally. Can you imagine the conversations about art, science, inventions? Or maybe Teddy Roosevelt - his larger-than-life personality would make for some epic adventures and stories around the campfire. So many possibilities when you have all of human history to choose from!
