If you could restart your Launch, what would you do differently ?

I launched my product a few days ago and I learned a lot of things in the process. We've been #12 on the day ranking which I think is quite cool for a "complex" product targeting frontend developers (most top products on PH seems to be no-code tools). Yet we didn't get any user really interested in using our product. I think this is because our value proposition is not clear enough and our onboarding is not smooth enough. I would definitely fix these two before I make a second launch on PH. What about you ?
