I think a tool about channel optimization could be interesting. A lot of small businesses feel overwhelmed with the number of channels people on the Internet tell them they "HAVE" to be using to maximize growth. Instagram, TikTok, X, Pinterest, YouTube, LinkedIn, their podcast, their own email list…
An AI tool could look at their engagement across platforms, try to figure out which ones are actually driving revenue and brand-building, and then help the business owner focus on 1-2 platforms that actually matter for them.

@tjlarkin 100%—even better if it paired ROI with some proprietary metrics for brand and authority. A lot of the tools out there are focused on performance marketing because it's more measurable, but that can lead people to undervalue brand marketing. Investing in the brand is a longer-term play with a fuzzy ROI, but over time it can be a huge lever.
The perfect AI tool for marketing would use data to segment customers and deliver personalized content across channels. It would predict campaign performance, optimize budgets, and automate A/B testing to improve results. Real-time reporting would provide actionable insights, while AI-driven chatbots enhance customer engagement. The tool would also monitor brand sentiment and competitors, predict customer lifetime value, and ensure ethical marketing practices, all while integrating seamlessly with various platforms for efficient, data-driven decision-making.
An AI tool that does deep social listening to spot emerging trends and monitor brand sentiment would be created by me.
I'd design an AI tool that automates personalized outreach at scale. It could analyze customer behaviors, segment them into meaningful categories, and send tailored messages
I'd design an AI tool that optimizes SEO in real time based on competitor strategies and the latest trends.
