If you become a Job Seeker, how important are your user candidate reviews for you?

There's a survey from Michael Page in 2023, that says "6/10 people choose mental health & work-life balance over career success". If you guys become a Job Seeker, do you guys willing to give a review about your ex-user anonymously to get information about your user candidate from a new company? The data review that you'll give is just Pros & Cons. I mean, we can have 2 use cases here. If you a got a user candidate that has a really good persona/review it will be really good for you. You will have good mental health and also a work-life balance. But "what if" you get a user with extreme behavior? what will you do? skip to another company or just try to get in first and works under the user that has extreme behavior?
