If I had a time machine, I would definitely pay attention to the impact of social media

As an operation manager, I've gained some valuable insights ( or lessons maybe). The impact of social media on a product or business is undeniably crucial. 👁️ 🦄 When you have a top-notch product, leveraging social media channels becomes essential to create a buzz. Here are the reasons: 1️⃣ With a substantial following on social media, an app gains increased influence and the opportunity to collaborate with other products. 2️⃣ Engaging activities or captivating content can entice users to revisit the app. 3️⃣ Product updates have the potential to reignite interest in lost users, encouraging them to return. On our app #gemsouls (#AI chatting app, currently closed), I created a multitude of captivating activities and newsletters. Unfortunately, I neglected to share them on social media, limiting the number of people who could enjoy the content. While we did manage to upload some viral videos on TikTok, we missed out on the chance to make an impact on platforms like #Twitter and #Reddit. If given the opportunity, I would certainly act as a "social butterfly" across these channels, ensuring broader reach and engagement. 🥲
