Hey,
Did you try get involved in Startup Accelerator, Hubs and Incubators ?
In general you will find people interesting in building Fast (MVP, Beta) (Goto Market) and with less budget to hire a whole team.

@rajnijjer Being bootstrapped doesn’t mean disconnected from 'that route', if you can used as lead attraction space ! :)
There are plenty of communities out there where non-tech entrepreneurs collaborate together and help each other. The one I can recall atm is No Code Founders community on slack.
100DaysofNoCode is a good place to start - lots of No-Coders there...by @hainingmax
