I need help with marketing and I can help with your business processes. Shall we barter?

Would it make sense for someone with a marketing focus to dedicate a few hours a week to my venture in exchange for my dedicating my time to theirs? I would much rather work on someone else's business modelization, processes, data analysis or product management than having to deal with marketing and content writing for my own project! Any chance someone is looking for the opposite deal?
