That is true but i have also seen companies directly reaching out users for that. So how is pollpopup different than hotjar popup or a company just simply reaching out to the customers for feedback?

@muhammad_salman39 many analytics tools are already providing it, like hotjar, amplitude and mix panel. You can create feedback popups with them on your website.
@abhimanyu_kapoor It's different because The polls are popups. and companies won't need to manage feedback on there own.
