Hey there! I'm Abdu, the mind behind DesignEminence. We're on a mission to provide top-tier design services at a fixed monthly rate, making quality design accessible to everyone. I've been a part of the design world for less than a decade, and I'm thrilled to bring my passion project to the Product Hunt community. Outside of the design realm, I'm an avid sports enthusiast and love diving into non-fiction books. The startup world fascinates me, and I'm always on the lookout for brilliant ideas and innovations that shape our future. I'm here to dive deep into all things design, business, and even the latest startup trends. Whether you're curious about our design process, our vision for the future, or just want to chat about the latest in the startup world, I'm all ears. You got questions? I got answers. Let's chat!

Great perspective @abdu_agial! I was wondering about the design process between you and your clients, and I know that you go all through async which is a good vision. Curious about what are the potential improvement areas in the startup world from the innovative designer perspective!

@parilti_erkan If you prefer asynchronous collaboration in the form of meetings or discussions, here are some examples, that can improve cross-functional collaboration: Asynchronous Stand-Up Videos: Instead of traditional daily stand-up meetings, team members can record short asynchronous video updates using Loom. This allows each team member to share progress, challenges, and goals at their convenience, and others can view these videos when it suits them. Collaborative Documentation: Use collaborative document platforms like Google Docs or Notion for cross-functional teams to document decisions, project updates, and action items. Team members can contribute and comment asynchronously. Project Discussion Threads: Create dedicated discussion threads for projects or tasks within collaboration tools like Slack or Microsoft Teams. Team members can share updates, ask questions, and provide feedback without the need for real-time meetings. Feedback Loops: Implement a system where team members can provide feedback asynchronously on design, development, and other aspects of projects. Loom can be used to record video feedback, making it more personal and effective. Asynchronous Brainstorming: Use platforms like Miro or MURAL to facilitate asynchronous brainstorming and ideation sessions. Team members can contribute ideas and feedback on digital whiteboards without the need for simultaneous participation. By embracing asynchronous communication, you can enhance cross-functional collaboration without the constraints of real-time meetings, allowing team members to work at their own pace and in different time zones while still staying connected and productive. I hope this helps
@abdu_agial hey, thanks for sharing! I would also suggest you try huudle.io to record short asynchronous video updates so that you can create multiple videos with ease!
