1. PLG + Sales that upsell userbase and use it for prospecting - will dominate SaaS GTM Globally and across all price points
2. Well-timed video in-app / on the web is the future of Sales (Apple can afford it for an iPhone → ACV of a cell plan and a pricey phone > a lot less of a lot of SaaS companies MRR per customer
3. Using product data to trigger optimal times to reach out to VIP prospects (in-app) and connect with champions and sometimes, even buyers themselves is going to be a lot more effective than email sequences (+ also, AI will kill meaningful email outreach).
4. A product that makes it easier to turn great users into paying customers needs to launch here as quickly as possible.

Hey, intercom can do this, and it has a startup program where you can get it for pretty cheap or even free (for some accelerators and incubators) 😄
Not sure about alternatives but when you have one you can find them more easily 🕵️
