As I am building a news letter from the ground up, I am open to suggestions, tips, feedback to make it a successful one. I would love to keep it running and not give up. If there are any news letter experts, please help me avoid any obvious challenges.
PS: I am gonna use beehiiv for my news letter.

Will you support some kind of feedback? For example, let readers reply with a suggestions for the next topic. In my opinion, this will make users feel more engaged. I would also suggest to put an example of an article on the landing page. This way people will know what they are signing up for.
