I am currently preparing my launch and have 3 questions

1. Should I add a newsletter email subscription on the site? 2. Is it best to offer a rebate coupon? And if so, which is better a high percentage on the first month of a lower consistent percentage for all monthly payments? 3. Are the launches in the coming soon section those that have preset launch date?
