As per me, it should be combination of the following: 1. Executor mindset : A person who is more into execution less in planning. 2. Resilient mindset : When you start something, it's very bumpy ride. One day you will feel excited and the next you will feel depressed. On the top of that, you might have to deal with such emotions in isolation. A resilient mindset keeps one going. 3. Empathetic mindset : As a founder, you should be able to understand the users and their pain-points. All products and their features are solution to pain points. Talking to users regularly and understanding the pain points goes a long way.

Resilience and adaptability, hands down. Also, learning from failures rather than fearing them
