I mostly set my weekday plans on weekends, but every day I set them priority-wise, like which is most important to complete that day.
sometimes i prefer to write them in my diary or use apps like notion to write :)

I don't do that, i write down my tasks for the day, but not the goals

I start my day by reviewing the previous day's tasks to identify any incomplete items. Then I prioritize the day's tasks using time blocking and set clear goals before beginning work. Additionally, I allocate about 1H for unexpected tasks to ensure flexibility and adaptability in my schedule.
Break down these grand designs into smaller, manageable tasks, each a pixel contributing to the grand image. Prioritize them with the discernment of a seasoned architect, focusing on what aligns most with your values and current needs. Use tools and frameworks to track progress, perhaps a digital planner or task management software, ensuring each step is visible and actionable.
I have a running list of things to do that I may or may not get around to, but I don't want to forget. Everyday I have 2 objectives for the day to accomplish and there may be several todos associated with that. I can get max 3 done in a day, but leave space for chaos.
I can pick my objectives based on my long running list of todos or on my backlog of objectives. Really depends on what the priority is that day. That's how I set my day. It doesn't make me the most productive, but it does make me consistently productive without threat of burnout, so I settled on this.
