    It's all about finding the right balance IMO. Block off dedicated focus time for your most important work tasks, but also carve out time for learning new skills, reading, side projects etc to keep leveling up. I try to spend the first hour of my day on personal growth before diving into work. Having a system to capture ideas and to-dos throughout the day helps too so you can get them off your mind and stay focused. Not easy but super important for career growth long-term!
