Hi everyone,
So basically I’ve been wondering quite for quite some right now, on what could be the approach to get your first customers.
Is it through cold emails or is it through social media or do I have to use paid advertising?
Any reply is most welcome 🤗 Thanks

Select a niche.
Build a list of your potential clients.
Reach out.
Don’t sell in first DM, ask for their interest.
Landing pages also work. Create couple with different value prop or language that is targeted at your ideal customer profiles. Unbounce is a good tool. Spend some money on Google Ads to get 20-50 clicks to your page. See conversion, improve. Talk to those who left their contacts on your landing page. Be clear on your CTA on that page as well ;)
Yes, it cost money. But it saves a lot of your time.
@jonathantahiry if your target audience is there. You can do that as well. I would imagine it is more suitable to B2C company products.
@alex_shilin love your answer 🤔 how about using facebook ads?

Depends upon your product and target customers. Whether your product is b2b or b2c etc.
@simon_shg would you mind elaborating more please?

The best thing to do is reach out to potential customers before you even build the product so that you already have people that know you are actively building something to solve their problems.
@itsmintchip and what would be your approach for that ?

@jonathantahiry if you don't have personal connections in the industry you are building in and you are going in completely cold then I would use LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Depends on if your industry is active on LinkedIn. Start posting content as well so when they go to your profile, they know that they can trust your opinion.
