I help to facilitate connections between candidates and companies by curating positions that offer a minimum salary of $100,000 USD. 
We continuously seek out job seekers who fall within this salary range. We seek also for companies looking for talent to fill those positions in their organisations. Usually senior and C-level.

Love this idea! I've been at a lot of companies that don't have any transparency with pay. I think it's awesome that people are trying to work on wage transparency.
