The first step to staying productive is taking a few minutes to plan out your day. Make a to-do list and prioritize your tasks. This will help you focus on the most important tasks and keep you from getting overwhelmed.
Second, break up larger tasks into smaller, more manageable chunks. For example, if you have a big project that needs to be done, break it down into smaller tasks that you can complete one at a time. This will make it easier to stay focused and feel a sense of progress as you complete each task.
Third, take regular breaks. It's easy to get stuck in a cycle of non-stop work, but this isn't sustainable and can lead to burnout. So, make sure to take a few minutes each hour to stretch, grab a snack, or just take a few deep breaths.
Finally, don't forget to reward yourself. Set small goals and celebrate when you reach them.

- a mind map to keep the big picture at hand
- a computer self-made bullet journal for the daily stuff
