workout, yeah the first minutes are hell but it will prepare you for the rest of Monday :-D
@busmark_w_nika I'm more the afterwork workout person. But if I train in the morning, because I can't train in the evening, it's definitely a wake up booster :D

@marvin_maendle yeah, it is (almost) the same to me. As the evening is closer, I am more likely to work out. But I created a strong habit so sport has to be incorporated into my daily routine. :-D
@busmark_w_nika respect! Routines are so powerful. Now I have hockey training in the evenings but I will try it in summer as a 2 weeks challenge, to train in the morning. Maybe it helps to wake my body up faster and without 3 coffees :D

Cold shower, cuppa coffee, getting some sunlight, working out getting those endorphins and testosterone kicking in. Planning out your day from most priority to least priority tasks (I use Notion, to plan out everything from personal to professional). You will feel so productive, such an awesome feeling.
