These are some of tricks which always helps me getting things done. 1. Automate the stuff that you have to do regularly. 2. If it can't be automate, then outsource it. 3. Avoid meetings, instead asked them to send you conclusion. ( yeah if you don't understand any point in conclusion you can always ping them back and that's ok) What other productivity tricks you are using, let us know.
