How to reach out to mid level management and C-suit for MVP discussion?

Currently, I'm using LinkedIn to reach out and send personal messages asking them for a short call.

Is there a better way to do this ??

This is a great approach IMO. In order to get them on the phone, I would use language like expert, SME or thought leader. People like compliments and are more willing to help with a (mvp discussion) if you are able to feed their ego.
