How to prevent to your emails to go spam folder?

Hi PH'ers,

In one of my project, I send account verification and welcome e-mail. but most of them went to spam folder. Email address is in name@company.com format.

What do you suggest to prevent such situation?

there might be chances that the emails might have not been warmed up, and might contain words that are considered spam

@entreeden I already did/do it. it is my company email and us in daily life. only one of the email is used for automation.
