How to organize your community around different mediums?

When I write a blog post and I share it on different social channels, afterward I have to go back clicking through every different channel just to read/answer comments/ messages from people under my article. It feels like some administrative work I have to do every time and it’s so exhausting switching through all those different mediums. Even the re-sharing is overwhelming. I feel like I am losing important connections with people, because of all those different medium channels ... Any advice on how you guys aka. writers, content creators handle that?
