Agree to the point that businesses are lacking and diverting from their original culture. This usually happens when in the company where I was working. (Tech company) During extensive scale in customer or revenue or employee size, sometimes all at once. We tried to build an internal event of recognition and it worked. This event is based monthly, but the thing that bothers me is the feedback culture. Having 350 colleagues from different departments I believe that everyone lacks the motivation to express their gratitude to their peers. Looking forward to others sharing about their company's working culture and engagement.

@dung_vo_tri Tks for your thoughts! Internal events are nice! And yes! I agree that it’s challenging for companies with a big employee size to keep members engaged!
