How to make exercise easier?

Maybe my next question is: "How can I manage multiple exercises, a heavy workload, and other responsibilities effectively?" Any thoughts are welcome!

Do you mean physical exercise? Well... the beginning is a bit more difficult and you need more mental strength to don' skip it. Start slowly, doing something that you like, skip the elevator (i live at the 9th floor and I do it ahah). It will also help your focus, especially if you also meditate as well.
