The Generation Z seems to care little about traditional rewards such as cash bonuses or new titles at work, rewards such as experiential vacations and gifts can be more effective with this generation of employees.

I was born in 1994 so I am a bilt closer to that generation you talking about but I cannot agree that The Generation Z seems to care little about traditional rewards such as cash bonuses. Cash bonus is always nice, but it could be a well a workshop with a well-known influencer you know they like, or an exotic trip or workation sponsored by company, new titles are lame and I'm sure they won't like it. For referring a new employee there are usually cash bonuses that are tempting with potentially large rewards.
