How to grow your newsletter?

Currently, we are working on a product named eli5.club, which is a community of folks who seek easy explanations and also for those who have that thinker hat to answer any question easily. For the same, we have started a newsletter named Curiosity Chronicles, where we share 5 intriguing questions every day and answer them in an eli5 way that motivates members to answer and learn from them. here is the newsletter: https://eli5club.substack.com/ We need suggestions for growing our Newsletter reach to be very specific, we are looking for suggestions on the following: 1. How to reach the target audience (Reddit has a community of 22M folks on their explain to me like I'm five community) 2. Currently, we are sharing this newsletter daily shall we increase the frequency of it? Will this improve engagement and conversion (to the eli5.club website) 3. Shall we also look for paid methods to scale the newsletters? If yes, then where to start? Your suggestion would be really helpful looking forward to it.
