I love to get inspired by https://www.ycombinator.com/comp.... These are Y Combinator-funded companies. You can check what successful startups are doing and do something similar or improve on their ideas.

YC startups are definitely inspiring! I also like to browse Twitter to see what products people are talking about and what pain points they have. Lots of good ideas come from seeing the problems people face in their daily lives or businesses. Talking to potential customers is key too - ask them what they struggle with most and brainstorm ways to solve those issues with a new product or service.

Looking at recent successful startups for inspiration is a great approach! Another idea is to immerse yourself in communities related to areas you're passionate about (like forums, Reddit, Twitter etc). Notice the problems people frequently complain about - there could be an opportunity there. Also consider your own daily life and work and note down any recurring annoyances or inefficiencies. With some creativity, you may hit upon a product idea to address those painpoints. Lastly, don't be afraid to take an existing product and put your own unique spin or improvement on it. Novelty is overrated compared to execution.
