President can't win an election alone, you need a team, which can believe in your ideas and vision for your country. Startups are similar to driving in most of the way, you have to take speculated risks and work on economic dynamics as well. It is extremely difficult to get right set of core teams. How Product hint community is doing it?

I'm a solo founder. I function much better without co-founders. They are a pain in the back side (for me).

@manojranaweera , Yes, solopreneur is great thing, but it also depends on which business you're in. Firstly, cofounders, always brings different perspective to the table. Founders always require the validation on their decisions... It's very common trait that, Humans are experimental. May be having cofounders with same vision and mission can help both company as well as peers to grow.
@rushikesh_kavathekar It's a good thing that I don't need any of that. I have a volunteer army of 2,678 from 71 countries. My team is now over 20. Who needs co-founders who winge at everything?

My co-founder and I were flatmates before we became co-founders. We wrote about some traits that make for a great co-founder here on our blog (https://flatmatefounders.substac...). It's a great idea to look for co-founders in people you've worked with in the past. If you already have an idea, it's great to join founder communities and connect with others who are motivated to work in the same space. The @beondeck founder fellowship could be interesting for you!
