What works for you when you need to hire a content manager, SEO or PPC expert?

I think really thinking about the niche you want to exist in first and hire for work ethic / cultural fit > skillset (as long as they have the requirements)

From my experience it's way easier to hire the right person once VS trying to find the person with the perfect skillset.

- also they tend to be outside of the budget haha

If it's just one factor that you look for, go for how well they can resonate to the product, it's customers and market fit.
