How to collaborate with your team on a project proposal?

I’m currently collaborating with my team on a project proposal and am deliberating between using Notion and PowerPoint. Notion makes it challenging to paste images seamlessly, while the web version of PowerPoint is sluggish. Could you suggest an effective solution to this dilemma?

To effectively collaborate on a project proposal, establish a clear communication plan and utilize project management tools to facilitate idea sharing and task tracking. Encourage brainstorming sessions and ensure all team members contribute their insights to create a comprehensive and cohesive proposal.

Totally get your struggle—both Notion and PowerPoint have their pros and cons, and it sounds like you’re stuck in the middle.
Notion’s great for collaboration and quick organization, but yeah, the image pasting experience can feel… clunky at best. On the other hand, PowerPoint (especially the web version) can be a total slog when you’re just trying to get things done quickly.
Have you considered Figma Slides? It’s super smooth for visual-heavy projects and gives you the flexibility to design and present all in one space. Plus, it’s so cool—makes your proposals stand out in a very modern way. Might be worth giving it a shot!
Curious to hear what you end up deciding! 😊
I understand the struggle! Since I am looking to collaborate efficiently. I’d recommend using Google Slides as a middle ground.
@gull_rana Would the slide format be enough, as I often ran out of places to put text.
