How to build in public without fear of being judged?

hey everyone, so many indie hackers are here and I am so excited to see how everyone is being their authentic self. I have been constantly trying to build in public but I am failing to do so. There are good days where I feel like sharing an update, there are boring days when there is nothing to share, there are low days when I am usually afraid of sharing in those days. My question is how does someone build that rhythm where one can feel that we are not defined entirely by the progress we make in our product and bad days are okay too. Would love to hear back from the community. My product: https://metaschool.so

That's difficult, but in my experience it's mostly about your personal journey. Once you find your voice and it gives you the confidence to be candid and authentic, it's my experience that the community welcomes you as you are. As Joan Mateo Duarte says, we're all humans and we all struggle with these things. One thing that helped me on my own journey was to keep a personal journal where I tried to answer the question: What would I have said in public if I was not afraid of saying it.

I tend to think that everyone is having the same problems. So the key is being constant, especially on the days when you don't want to share something. Also, the founders normally do not judge your progress because they are busy with their startups. Last, is being comfortable that not everyone going to like your idea. All that helps me to build in public.
