So many products are being developed, and you can easily lose yours in the pool of others. What should you do to build something different from what others have built? βœ… Find loopholes: Don't create products for the sake of it. Find problems your competitors are not solving that the market is complaining about, and build something that will appeal to them. βœ… Study problems: Study deeply the problems people have and how they are reacting to them. Creating a solution for an unrecognized problem will cost you money, effort and time. βœ… Solve an excrutiating pain: Have a burning pain you've discovered? Good! Creating a solution for it, chances are thousands or millions of people have the same problem. Produce market fit can be attained if you pay attention to people's problems and create solutions for them.   Have other ways? Share below!

Nice pointers. I would also say teach them how to use the product and you got a big plus there.

@relja_denic I couldn't agree more. Don't just assume they know it; take the extra steps to educate them on how to use it.

seems so simple. But in reality, It's not.

+ As often as possible during the product creation process, ask people if they like what you're doing

When creating new products, you can pay attention to the external environment and cater to others in a pleasing way. But the fact is, users themselves can’t clearly articulate what they like. Only when it’s put in front of them will they say, β€˜I really like this.’ I believe that discovering better innovation points comes from having a good imagination, imagining what a wonderful future life should be like, and how to find a better path to achieve it, making everyone’s life better. Beauty is very basic and primitive, such as saving manpower and brainpower, making me healthier, making me happier, making me feel more existent, making me feel more secure. There is always a gap between imagination and reality, but you can step by step to achieve it, returning to its originally beautiful state.

Right @kanhai Attentiveness matters a lot here. Not just to the internal building process but to the extrenal factors as well.

Solve one of their problem and make a simple and intuitive app.

Love these points. Additionally, if it's something that connects you to the product and to the intended users, the process of creation & pivots become unmatched. More emphasis would go on innovation which is basically driven from a place of curiosity & service "than" on competition which is based on fear & insecurity.

I agree @vinisha_kanth The process gets easier if there is a connection between the product owner, users and the product. And as you said, innovation. Sometimes it's not creating something entirely new but creating something different from existing ones.
