Starting with friends and family is a great way to get initial traction and feedback. Beyond that, find online communities relevant to your product (like subreddits, Facebook groups, Discord servers, etc.) and engage with people there - answer questions, provide value, and mention your product when appropriate. Offer an excellent onboarding experience and stellar customer support to turn those early users into loyal advocates who will spread the word for you. It takes time and dedication but building those strong relationships with your first users is key!

Nothing beats content, write blog posts. 
At first aim for 500 to 1500 words or more in which you add real value to readers(please don't use AI, everyone can relate to genuine human written content, maybe for drafts, but no AI).

It should be a topic that answers questions your users may have in mind. Don't sell your service in the blog post and don't just stuff keywords into it. Aim to help people.

Downside: Results are slow, it can take 6-12 months to start getting any meaningful traffic. But once it picks, it PICKS! VS, YouTube, etc helps to skyrocket audience reach.

To fasten it, you can also do an aggressive guest post, link-building, and social media posting and engagement.
